closed accounts?

how does fico factor closed accounts? i have 3 that were "closed by credit grantor" and want to know how it is effecting my utilization. are these accounts till being factored in as long as they have a balance?

If the CC has a balance, then it is still being facotred into utiliztion. Once paid, the CL and $0 balance are removed from scoring.
