foreclosure fell off Equifax report after 7 years and score dropped - will this come back up - any experience?

as a foreclosure with a 0 balance -  an  05 with a J below it

could have hurt your AAoA or credit mix

Ditto on the age. How old was it in relation to your AAoA? Was it one of your oldest accounts?
