high score with out mortgage

Is it possible to get a high score without having a mortgage meaning 760+ just wondering that's always a negative no mortgage. I own my home full & clear.
Cards: CSP $5k, Capital One Cash Rewards VS $3100, Discover it $3k Capital One MasterCard $600, Orchard Bank $3k, Barclays Rewards MC $1250 Gapcard $900, BR $300, Neiman Marcus $1k, Macys $1200 Walmart $500
In the garden until I can get a BCP

Current Score: 682 EQ SW 660 TU 636 EX 3/26/13
Goal Score: 720

There are former mods in here who hit into the low 800s without any mortgage reporting. I hit 777 EQ FICO with a low 4 yr AAoA w/out any mortgage reporting.

I have no open mortgage, all of them are closed and paid.

 

My scores are sitting between 790-810 every month depending on how I let other Utilization report.
