Yes. It's a TU FICO 8 Bankcard Enhanced FICO score and can go up to 900 instead of the 850 for generic FICO 8 scores.
Also, and this is important. It is the score that Citi uses for account review purposes. They are enttitled by contract with FICO to provide to a consumer, without extra charge, any score they also purchase for account review.
