is a 634 score good!how can i improve??

hello all! i really need help! i have a credit score of 634 and im trying to improve. i lost my job back in 2001 and had alot of charge offs at that time. i have gotten back on my feet and have been doing well. how do i maintain and go up on my score?i see that alot of chare offs are still on my report.should they still be there?if they are removed will my score go up??thanks

You need to send us the data on your original creditor (OC) accounts.

Of primary importance is the date that you first went delinquent on each.

Then, any collections (CA) accounts reporting.
