I talked to Chase last year over the phone about opening a Disney credit card. I decided against it and declined the offer when they only offered a small credit limit. A week later I received a card in the mail anyway. I just called and closed it not realizing how both actions hurt my credit. Would it be worth it to call almost a year later and throw a stink and is there anything they can do/report to the credit companies?

Throw a stink about what a year later
The HP is yours the card was closed by you? I'm lost please explain?
Throw a stink that they opened the account after I told them I didn't want it.

Sorry but the truth is you did want it but were unhappy with the limit after approval so you closed it after approval.
By law they did nothing wrong and thus you have no recourse
Sorry but giving you the truth

The act of applying and being approved is perceived as you agreeing to open the account. I do agree with you though, we should be able to decline the offer based on the APR and CL.
