I wish you luck with this ,but I've never heard of anyone being successful.
Capitol One IMHO believes in playing hardball with people & not negotiating .
Myself I'm trying for a 50% settlement & hopefully move on to higher fico scores.
Capitol One is a bank I honestly feel no one should do business with.
Likewise Amex with their F/R stuff .
That's just not friendly good customer service again imho .
Treat people with dignity/respect while providing the best product/service you can & your business will make a $$ profit an it is that simple.
Shame that many companies today can't grasp this concept.
