At what score does the FICO score circle turn green?

I have a 739 EX and it is still yellow.....

Starting Score: 472
Current Score: EQ:703 TU: 729 EX:737
Goal Score: 750

Im almost positive it changes to green at 740. At 741 my TU score was green

I am guessing that you will start to turn "green" with envy around 740.
