Besides continuing to pay down cc's, anything to be done 'til we become homeowners in our new town? (We own our car as well.)

11 points is not bad at all I've seen worst for people paying off an installment under Fico 08. Some 30+ points down
Keep UTL under control and you should see those points back in no time
