I am very deperate for some help ! I have been working on my credit for about a year now and my credit seems to constantly rise and fall. I started at 515 and worked at getting it up to 620 and now its back down to 578. I have never been late on cc payments and I haven't had a missed payment for about 3 yrs . That is until now....I had a collection account report as 30 days past due !! My question to you is do lenders view this the same as missing a regular cc or loan payment ? I can't seem to figure this all out and would love some advice. One other thing is , after christmas our cc had a bit higher balance in them so we paid them down after ir reported and our credit took a little hit......well after paying them down to where they only have a hundred or so dollars on them....my credit still went down ??? PLEASE PLEASE help
