why my two score are different from my highest score?

MY scores..TU= 723
                    EQ=655---->from my FICO score watch.
                    Ex=631

I dont understand why my other two scores are way different from my highest score. And i dont know if these scores are good enough to apply for auto loan. Please can someone help me out to understand.

Your three scores will almost always be different. The auto will depend on other factors. How many accounts do you have, what is your DTI, any derogs?

Sure.

DTI = your debt to income ratio
Derog = Derogatory, or any negative item on your reports

Have you compared your reports side-by-side? You are likely to find differences which will inpact your score.
