Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.
If you mean in your signature (at the bottom of your posts) there is a few threads about it in the credit card forum. I dont know the specifics but you basically use an image, host it on an image hosting site, and use an image code with the url and dimensions to put it in. If you search "card images" or something similar on the credit card board you should find it.
