Well I guess I'm lucky in that the CA is only 45 miles away from me.  But I hear what you are saying.  I don't want it to go to the extreme, but I have written documented proof on what they have agreed to.  Right now, I'm just staying patient and trying to see how things will get resolved.  If they don't, then I'll worry about small claims.
