I got my original loan through wells fargo dealer services. I had a mid 500' s score,.they gave me 15.9%. Just today, after 15 months I refinanced for 10.74%. The application process was smooth and the lady on the phone helped me out a lot. I was surprised they actually refinanced their own loan with me, but they did and saved me 90 bucks a month. All in all, I'm very happy.
