My experience was this: they bought a settled loan from citi (ex husbands truck that he stopped paying after a divorce)
The account was settled in 2009. They reported a loan and chargeoff in 2010!!
My mortgage broker helped get it removed in 2011. False reporting... I never even had a loan with those people!
