I need some info. I'm in chapter 13 BK. I will complete the 5 year plan January 2013. My vehicle is completely dead and am in need of a reliable vehicle. My scores right now are 611 EXP and 640 TU, just don't know if I should go back to my lawyer to get permission from BK Trustee to incur debt for a car, wondering if its worth the hassle. Would appreciate any help
