I had a somewhat similar situation. I was approved for the 60 days, I waited 30 days to actually buy the truck, but the dealer messed up the check process and Navy returned it because it was improperly endorsed by the dealer...I noticed after about 2 weeks it hadn't shown up online and called the dealer after speaking with a Navy rep.... Fast forward a few weeks and multiple phone calls and it passed the 60 days. Navy had to resubmit the application and they DID repull credit but I think it was soft because it neer showed up on EQ but I got a score notice from them with my new packet.. I was kinda a mess, but it all worked out in the end with a .99% rate :-)
