When will I hear... VW Credit?

I applied and took a loan with VW Credit on12/28 but I'm yet to have any mail through with the loan information and details for paying. And although the initial HP has reported the new account is still not reporting. Does anyone know how long it typically takes to first hear from them?

4-5 weeks, in my experience. Still waiting to get a statement for a car I bought on 12/21/12.

It usually reports after you make your first payment.
