Wells Fargo Refi anyone?

Wondering if I should even attempt to refi through Wells Fargo. I see that they do cash out loans and thats a plus, but I read somewhere that they arent the best business wise. Anyone with first hand experience?

I don't think many folks refi with Wells on this forum; there's various reasons for that, but almost any lender that I am aware of will do a cash out refi.

I had a loan through Wells Fargo Dealer Services, which is admittedly not the same, but I couldn't have been happier with them.
Starting Score: EQ 561, TU 567, EX 599* (12/30/11, EX lender pull 12/29/11)
Current Score: EQ 660, Wally TU 697, EX unknown (05/13/13)
Goal Score: 680 in all three (01/01/14)
