MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTARY: Was out on Workers Compensation last year and could not keep up with any of many of my payments (only two that stayed up to date were student loans). Knew I would need a co-signer and would be at the mercy of the financial institutions. Was originally set on not having a payment greater than $550, but that was shot out the window. I will deal with the high payments for a year and then try to refinance. In the mean time, I will be paying almost $800 a month to make sure I'm not upside down when it comes time to refi.
