Hello

Just a quick question..I recently filed for Ch13 Bk it will be one year in Feb. Wondering why the my base plan and the percentage keeps going up. I thought these were fixed when I filed? Obviously I am missing something what influences the percent/base plan?? Just curious ..Thank you
