I have a Nissan Infiniti from my 2005 Bk that is scheduled to drop off in a few months.  Is it because the account is listed as IIB that causes it to be a derogatory account in and of itself?  Or is it the late payments?  On an old CR I just found, it has the last 30 day late as 4/05 - meaning that should drop next month, then would the account turn positive?

The CR's from the big 3 DO NOT list any late payments.  So I'm confused on what is causing it to be negative.

Sorry if this is a dumb question.
