My DH filed BK. We didn't include an auto loan in the bankruptcy. It has since been paid in full, however, it is showing as part of a BK on my report, but not even showing as an account on his???? I disputed and the lender said we don't get to "pick and choose" what is included in the BK. Is this true? Is this hurting my score, or what lenders see?
