I haven't sent any check for a CLI.
 
I only call the 800#, request it and within 1 week it is transferred from my BOA checking to my secured card.
 
You might want to try this.
 
How was your experience with BOA mortgage? Did you have any lates/collection accounts on your CR when you met with them for your mortgage?
 
I am worried about this but in the end would like to go with BOA.

Just paid down my cc's to 1.9% utl so I need to continue my mission.

I have great experience with BOA. I did not even look at any other banks for mortgage. I applied for mortgage loan closed it in 2 weeks. I have paid collections on TU and EXP no collections on EQ.
They dont care as long as they are paid. I cant wait till they report it to CRA's. It will increase my score a lot in 6 months.
 
I called the 800 number few months ago to increase the CLI on my BOA secured card. They told me that I have to send a check for CLI amount.
 
I will try again.

I can't believe it. They have been pulling my CLI's from my checking account for the last 4 months.
 
You might want to talk to a mgr.
 
If I may ask what were your FICO scores when you applied?
 
I am paying off my current collections with PFD's so hope I am in better shape to sit down with them in the spring.

800 732 9194 and I ask for the Secured Card Dept.

I thought BOA reviews for unsecured card after 3 months. I accepted a 99/500 offer from them couple of months ago. I was going to call them next month and ask them if they would make it unsecured. Any ideas any one?
