I'm sorry to say this but.... what did you expect?  It's Orchard, a credit rebuilding credit card.  They almost always start people off at $300.  If you did a quick keyword search on here, you would have known this.

You might as well keep it since you took an inquiry hit for it.  Just cancel it in a year before the AF hits again.
