I recently had HP from Discover on CLI.  They pulled my TU   ... in CA also.

most likely TU but they could pull any random report they want or all 3 if they choose ymmv

In Bay Area, CA, Citi pulls EX while Discover pulls TU.

they both pulled eq for me here in arizona

The pull database over at Creditboards shows they pull a mix of all 3 in California.
