I applied for a Discover card and was informed that I could be approved but required a co-signer because of my foreclosure in 2007.  Guess I won't be getting a discover card anytime soon!!!:smileysurprised:

About 8 months a go, i had also applied for a discover more card and was given the same reason, that i needed a co-signer. i rejected the offer, then garden for 8 months without applying for anything. Brought my UTI% from 88% to 33%, then i applied a few days a go and bam! got the approval for $1000 cl. I can't wait to get my card tomorrow! keep your head up, you can do it! good luck.

Have you spoke to a analyst about it? There may be other factors contributing to it that made the foreclosure a big deal.
