They didn't give you anything else ? Like your Cardmember risk score is too high ?
Don't you have to wait 6 months after you get a CLI to request another one ? When ( if ever ) have you gotten a previous CLI ?

it was february 15 i believe on my last request, i was denied for my 1 to 2 percent util i think. i was granted my last increase in july 2011.
