I've had it since Feb and I got my first CLI in Apr from 3K to 5K soft pull and now a soft as all my CR's are frozen. If they counter its usually a soft.

id wait 6 mos. although there are some members that have requested a cli right after activation then another a few months later.  6 mos should be good especially if its a new account with them
