I have the backdoor number, but no lunch break today. Are they open after 5p? And also, is there anything I should be prepared to give them as far as extra info etc?

I had a fraud alert on my account last year due to a data breach, but I think it's gone away now. Not sure what else it could be, other than my non-rockin' 687 credit score. Still, I have 100k+ income, 80K in retirement/savings, and 0 CC debt on my 5 open accounts. Oldest card is almost 10 yrs., youngest is about 7.  Thoughts?
