Well I can tell you from first hand experience that the security dept has the ultimate say so if your eligible or not. The last thing I would do is be rude to them. Worst thing that could happen is they shut you down then demand repayment of any credit you've taken out plus you will have the hp's used to apply with them. Let's hope that does not happen.
