Is the free FICO score only with the Platinum visa or is it also available with the U.S. Bank Cash+ ?

It is not a Fico score AFAIK.  It is a vantage score and Cash+ gets it too.

The score us bank gives out is a fako afaik.

It's a FAKO.  I get it on my REI visa.  I think it's a perk of almost all of their cards.
