the luv button doesnt work at all at the moment from what i read.
i called in and used the auto and denied me.
called next day (monday) and spoke to a rep.
next day i saw my account balance increase.
as posted 800 to 3k. card is about 4 months old. only 190 dollars put on it in sept. pif.
Did the rep deny your request????
