Capital 1 Gives CLI on secured CC?

To my surprise I checked my email this morning and had one from Cap 1 telling me that they increased my CL. I'm surprised by this because I have a secured card with them. O well thanks Cap 1....

Starting Score: EQ = 505; TU = 499; EX =476(1/19/12)
Current Score: EQ = 580; TU = 562; EX =519(3/24/12)
EQ =595; TU = 565; EX =???(5/1/12)
Goal Score: 700

It is a feature of their card.   Works like the Credit Step.    Based on reports and my experience, you only get 1 increase at  6 months, or none at all.
