Wish I knew!  I clicked that Luv Button a few months ago and got a message to call in as they needed to talk to me.  That freaked me out!  I checked my reports and saw nothing.  I called them a day or two later and just told them to disregard my request for the CLI.  I didn't even bother to ask why I was supposed to call in.  I think I dodged a bullet there!

I requested one back in April. HP for a measley 100.00 increase. I still regret the decision to request a CLI! Maybe you'll do better. BTW: City has approved me for a Simplicity since then. Go figure!
