Yes it took 19 day total but today they increased my limit to 3000.. Im happy so I was really giving up on cap 1

Yes it is a rebuilder card. I went through the executive office. I was afraid of saying anything until I saw the results first hand.

Capital One seems to have soften up lately, if only my Cash Rewards wasn't a month old i would have asked for a CLI.
