First Premier Charge Off Acct Twice - One in November 2006 and One in July 2011

Can First Premier Charge off the same acct twice? Equifax says the acct was charged off back in November 2006. I then get another charge off on July 2011. My date of first delinquency is 6/2006. This acct is set to fall off on 6/2013.

 

Has anyone encountered this?

Yes unforunately they can report it as a chargeoff every month if they would like.  Capital One is known for this. 

EQ Fico: 621 11/2
EX Fico: 645 9/18
EX CS: 647 11/6
TU Fico: 681 11/19
Walmart: 655 11/4
