This is GE's standard response. Take your time and don't get frustrated - with positive payment history it will eventually rise. I started out at $600 and got auto increased to $800 in January of this year. Since that time, I've asked for CLI's every 4 months and been PC'd to the Discover version, with a current limit of $4000. You'll get there.
