I would wait a good 12 months to let your inquiries go down a bit and for the accounts to report. At this point you may get a higher starting limit therefore at the 61-day mark you can attempt a 3X CLI for even higher. If you attempt too soon you will get stuck with a low limit like some of the cards you just posted instead of a higher limit for having less inquiries and a higher AAoA.
