Questions about the Walmart Luv button.

1. I just received my card 2 weeks ago. How long should I wait until I click the Luv button? After the 2nd statement? 3rd? 4th?
2. Does the Luv button generate a soft pull? Or a hard pull?
3. Which CR gets pulled?
