Mortgage first! Then, we'll see. I try not too think too ahead for fear of the temptation. I'm a year or less shy away from a mortgage and I have to keep my eye on the prize.

Re: For all my fellow Gardeners....

Definitely not venturing out of the garden until debt close to gone! I'm hoping to be in a solid situation by mid year '13... been eyeing Amex Platinum, strictly for benefits(... I usually fly swa and purchases on SW RR would make more sense. I know it's not smart to have 2 annual fee CCs let alone 1, so more likely the BCE to replace Zync at some point.

In full gardening/ debt annihilation mode! (4/15/13)
Notre Dame FCU Visa 0/2k (8/04); CapOne Best Buy 0/1.5k (7\06)
Citi Thank You World MC 3350/7.7k (1/11); Amex Zync NPSL (9/11)
Chase Freedom Visa 0/3.8k (9/11); Chase Southwest RR Premier Visa Signature 3550/10.7k (6/12); Discover It 0/3k (7/12)

Re: For all my fellow Gardeners....

Effective 11/15/2012:  I've planted my bulbs for Spring (new accounts) settled down for a nice Winter nap (whittle down current debt) , and waiting for my flowers to bloom (credit score).
