Other then the rotating catagories of the Chase Freedom and the Discover 5% most cards offer 2% with bonuses at end of year for over-all spending on the card. Here is the list that I came up with: citi forward 5pts/ CSP 2 pts/ Disney Premier Visa 2 pts/ Chase Saphire 2pts/ Discover Open Road 2%/ Amex TE 2%/ Blue Sky Pref 2pts/ Marriott Rewards Premier 2pts/ Sony CapOne 2pts/ MTV CapOne 2pts/ Chase Hyatt 2pts and last but not least- Ink Cash Business 2pts
