I think for the CSP it is best to also have a Freedom you can transfer the 5% UR purchases over to the CSP (and then possibly over to a FF program).

For pure dining, Forward is tough to beat.  Only issue I have is Thank You is my least favorite program, but at 5X, it's still a compelling value proposition.
