Can't believe it!! My cap one journey card has been stuck at 1500 forever (okay maybe not forever but about 7mnths). After reading everyone's success with the executive office i thought..what do i have to lose. I really wanted their card to grow with me as it is one of my older accounts. So, i googled ceo email address and emailed yesterday morning while home sick. Not kidding, i emailed around 10am or so and got a call by 3pm. Rep asked me typical questions, how much and least take. Also asked about 2 cards i had with them in past that i didn't perform so well with :-(. I was very honest and explained that i am trying to build back trust in hopes of getting a mortgage in the future and that i have other accounts that have grown and that by end of nxt mnth i will have my car loan with them pif yrs early. Said k he will get. bk to me 7-10 days. Wasn't very hopeful with that but just received a call that my request was approved. i went from a 1500 cl to 5k. He also asked me to contact OB directly for that card as they are not servicing them yet.

So, to all that havebposted success, THANK YOU. It seems cap one is going to stay in my wallet for a time to come ;-)
