Minimum credit score 4 alliant cc?

Trying to help a family member get a credit card, and need to figure out the type of score Alliant might require for credit card approval. What say you? What is the lowest score suitable for Alliant approval? Would a 630 be good enough and what credit bureau do they pull?

Mine was ~645 when I applied and was approved for the Platinum Visa (no rewards).  I started with a $500 limit.  After 2 years, it's now Platinum Rewards and at $17K.  

 

They pull EQ 100% of the time.  I was declined once before I was approved.  BK7 in '06, applied in '09 and '10.    

Starting Score: 600
Current Score:: 687EQ, 697EX, 721TU
Goal Score: 760
