The INQ's should have been just 1.

I was approved for the Nordstrom store card with a $1,000 credit limit!!! Yay, I'm excited! That's my favorite store. I'm feeling the love today. A Chase Freedom Card approval after reconsideration, Macy's store card after reconsideration and now...NORDSTROM after reconsideration of course. I guess I'm moving over to the garden club now. Time to wait it out a year, unless I have a soft pull for a CLI from Chase.

Halos 24, I read your Nordstroms credit recon story and it inspired me to follow suit.  I sent a faxed a letter requesting reconsideration earlier today to Nordstroms credit services, and I email edited

Of course! 

Can anyone provide contact information for a reconsideration and verbage used with successful recon? Got denied for too many inquiries but they are duplicates from the same creditors during other (successful) reconsiderations.

this exact same thing happened to me today at Nordstrom. I have great credit. 4 mo ago bought a new car and moved two months ago. Can I ask you who you emailed or called? I want to do the same thing but not exactly sure who I should email or call.

I called Nordstrom and asked for the Vice Pres. Of credit services, I received a call two days later informing me of my approval, Im still trying to fix my credit. Hope it works out for you.
