lawless - Just  a week or so ago, I had the exact opposite result that you had with Cap One and Discover IT.

I received the IT with only a $1875 CL and Cap One bumped me from $500 to $5000 after a letter and a couple of calls from the EO.  Only 2 yrs with Cap One.

Sorry it didn't work out as well as you had hoped.
