I keep finding flight plans on the laptop. Took quite a few sessions for him to get slick with that, but he now files online instead of over the phone...

No, he's been opted out for several years now. He knows almost nothing about credit and is even less interested. Maddening! 
He doesn't even know where his BofA card is, which has a recently paid-off BT and needs to be used every now and then to keep it alive. sigh...
