Forget the FAKO score changes.  They do not reflect cganges in your FICO score.

If you want to improve your FICO score, I would stop disputing items on your CR and don't apply for any new credit.  Also I would focus on your reported CC util and look into GW for the derog information.

The advice given to you by your supervisors is wrong and unethical so I would either collect information from here on other sources to show them and I would also check with your legal office as well.
