Is scorewatch alert score,when you get an alert. Is that score the same as when you pull a scorepower? Thanks in advance.

Yes, so long as you are updating your target score to MATCH your current score immediately after getting a ScoreWatch update, the score on ScoreWatch will match the score you get on the Power Report if you were to pull the report at that same moment.
